Project Overview
To further scale Hello’s mission of simplifying large-scale incentive management, I led the design of a B2B SaaS Corporate Dashboard aimed at providing transparency to bulk incentive programs. By transforming raw transaction data into actionable insights, this portal empowered HR and Operations teams to monitor the full lifecycle of employee rewards, from initial order to final spend. This shift to a data-driven management experience not only resolved critical blind spots in budget and tax reporting but also significantly improved capital utilization and long-term corporate retention.

The Challenge
Corporate clients who ordered gift cards and incentives in bulk from Hello were operating in the dark. HR and Operations teams had no visibility into whether the rewards they purchased were actually reaching employees, being activated, or being spent. This lack of data made it impossible to measure program ROI, complicated tax reporting, and led to "silent breakage," where thousands of dollars in employee appreciation went unused.
The Solution
I designed a Corporate SaaS Dashboard that transformed a manual fulfillment process into a proactive management ecosystem. By centralizing disparate data points, the portal empowers corporate clients to oversee their reward programs through three strategic pillars:
Lifecycle Tracking: I established a clear visual timeline for every incentive, allowing users to monitor the journey from initial order placement through employee activation to the final transaction.
Compliance & Reporting: To simplify financial administration, I implemented real-time monitoring of reward distribution. This included a dedicated reporting module with exportable documentation designed to streamline tax reporting and year-end audits.
Embedded Analytics: I led the integration of a Cluvio analytics engine, providing high-fidelity reports on employee behaviour. This enables deep-dives into granular transaction trends, such as peak spending times and merchant category preferences, turning raw data into a strategic tool for program optimization.

Optimized Horizontal Scannability: Utilized subtle zebra striping and precision row heights to establish a clear visual path, preventing "row skipping" during high-density audits of long-tail reports.
Responsive Data Stacking: Implemented a mobile-optimized vertical layout to prioritize individual order auditing over lateral comparison, ensuring data integrity without the need for horizontal scrolling.

Integrated Cluvio Analytics Engine
Granular Behavioral Intelligence: Provides high-fidelity, interactive data on transaction trends, including merchant categories, day-of-week activity, and peak spending times, without requiring custom-built visualization engines.
Strategic ROI Optimization: Empowers HR and Operations leaders to move beyond basic bookkeeping by identifying specific usage patterns, allowing for data-driven refinements to internal incentive strategies.
The Strategic Impact
The launch of the Corporate Dashboard fundamentally changed how Hello Network engaged with its largest clients. By replacing manual workflows with a self-service data environment, the project achieved:
Enhanced Financial Visibility: Corporate HR and Finance teams reported a significant reduction in administrative overhead, using the automated Cluvio reporting to replace hours of manual data reconciliation for tax compliance.
Optimized Program Performance: The transparency provided by lifecycle tracking led to a 12.5% increase in reward activation, as clients could now identify and engage "idle" users with unspent balances.
